Asif is a former sports medicine doctor with deep expertise in performance enhancement and nutrition. As Co-Founder of AMW Clinic, he combines medical science with advanced wellness strategies to help clients optimise their health, physique, and longevity.
Featured on BBC’s Dragons’ Den and The Apprentice, Asif is a leading voice in performance-driven healthcare — delivering personalised, cutting-edge solutions that help people look better, feel sharper, and live longer.
He has published internationally on metabolism, peptides and nutrition and his focus on longevity and prevention led him to undertake a Master's in Public Health.
Santhy Shetty, an Independent Prescribing Practitioner with a unique and extensive background in holistic and integrative medicine. She brings over 12 years of experience across pharmacy, healthcare, and holistic practices, and has dedicated her career to supporting patients through a blend of evidence-based clinical treatments and complementary therapies.
Santhy is highly specialised in Dermatology, Hormone Imbalance, Mental Health, and Weight Management. What makes her stand out is her holistic approach—she treats not just symptoms, but looks at the whole person, considering physical, emotional, and lifestyle factors.
Her academic credentials are impressive. She holds a Master’s degree in Pharmacy from Aston University, a Master’s in Community Health and Preventive Medicine from the University of Kent, and completed her Practice Certificate in Independent Prescribing from the University of Birmingham. Additionally, she trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Coaching at the Oxford Cognitive Therapy Centre (part of Oxford NHS Trust).
Santhy is also a Fellow Member of the Complementary Medicine Association (FCMA), a Member of the International Guild of Complementary Therapists (MGHT), and a certified trainer in holistic medicine—a testament to her deep involvement in both conventional and alternative healing systems.
Currently, she provides both in-person and remote prescribing services for patients dealing with complex skin conditions, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, vitiligo, and autoimmune-related skin disorders. In addition to clinical care, she offers personalised lifestyle coaching programs that incorporate CBT-based talking therapy, helping patients address underlying psychological or behavioural factors.
Santhy is also deeply involved in education and research. She is the founder and course director of Narie Holistic©, a multi-award-winning practice and training provider in holistic medicine. Through Narie Holistic, she leads programs in natural skin and hair enhancement, hormonal balance, aesthetic medicine, pain management, and wellness coaching. She’s also actively contributing to external research and project development under the Narie Holistic brand.
